July, a month that means we are past the half way mark of the year, a month that means we are in the midst of Summer (come on Sunshine I know you are out there somewhere!), a month that brings the Wimbledon Tennis finals, School Summer Holidays and most sparkly of all….July’s Dollibox. Last month we had Mermaids and this month is still in-keeping with the ‘Sea’, and I do spy a Mermaid here too.
Yanqina Maxi Black Liquid Eyeliner
I love a good liquid eyeliner, I wear liquid eyeliner every single day so I am always happy to try a new one. This budget friendly Maxi Eyeliner looks impressive on appearance too, I like the packaging and I like the look of the tip, not too thick but not too thin, just right. It claims to provide a smooth and fluid stroke and one that lasts all day so I am really keen to see how well this performs against my current favourite.
Buff Body Oil
Available in 5 Blends, I received the ‘Naked Lovers’ Body Oil which smells absolutely amazing and includes a blend of coconut and apricot kernal amongst others. This 100% natural, light and nourishing body oil is also handmade. I love the ethos of the company and that they are Marine Eco-Conscious, giving 2% of the profit of every sale to them. A great addition to this month’s Dollibox.
Seacret Dead Sea Bath Salts
I was introduced to this brand a few months ago thanks to Dollibox and I have just finished using my first pack of their Makeup Wipes which I have loved (and would definitely purchase). I am not really one for Bath Salts but then to be honest I wasn’t really one for Makeup Wipes until now, but as I have been really impressed with this Brand I am quite keen to enjoy a relaxing bath with these bath salts to see how they can help. They claim to bring calming powers of Dead Sea Minerals to your bath and with 2 young children this is something I welcome with open arms. I look forward to a more polished, cleansed and softer skin and the excuse to enjoy a nice relaxing long bath.
Cats Wink BB Cream
I adore the name of this Brand and I love their adorable packaging. An all-in-one BB Cream that is ideal for the girl-on-the-go and a real time saver in a morning. Enriched with 24 hour hydration (hoping this will work great with my dry skin), this hardworking multi-tasking BB Cream claims to do it all – glorious glowing skin, picture (almost) perfect and one that is colour adapting when blending into your complexion – am very intrigued to try and see if the claims are true.
BioAqua Hydrating Seaweed and Hyaluronic Acid Moisturising Facial Mask
I am always happy to receive a good face mask and this one has a Mermaid on the packaging which I almost don’t want to open as the packaging is so adorable. The Cotton face mask is packed full of natural ingredients that help boost the appearance of the skin. The mask contains Seaweed Extract which has been proven to increase the moisture retention so ideal for my dry skin. It also contains Hyaluronic Acid which helps to reduce the appearance of blemishes and fine lines, both of which applies to me – I kind of feel like this mask was made for me.
I have seen Silicone Sponges for a while now, there has been quite the buzz about them in the Beauty World so I am really intrigued and keen to try this one. They are said to create a flawless, full coverage finish with zero product waste. I currently use a Beauty Blender to apply my foundation and I adore it, it does however soak up quite a bit of product so it will be interesting to see how this compares. I love that mine has an adorable Panda print on too, so so cute!
Once again Dollibox gives us such a treat. I feel that this month had abit of an ‘under the sea’ theme to it and who doesn’t love that?! I am especially keen to try the Maxi Liquid Eyeliner, the BioAqua Face Mask and the Silicone Sponge.
